We need adults who lead with presence and not performance. If you genuinely care about this generation and can commit to showing up, we want to talk.
We match volunteers to roles based on capacity, gifting, and availability. All roles working directly with teens require a brief vetting process.
Help set up, break down, and keep things running at Uncommon Thursdays and special events. Our most-needed role right now.
Photography, video, social media, design — help us tell the story of what is happening here.
Be a consistent, trusted adult presence for teens who need someone in their corner.
Behind-the-scenes support — comms, logistics, and keeping operations organized.
Help build Port St. Lucie from the ground up. We are forming that team now ahead of August 2026.
Commit to regularly praying for UGI, our teens, and our leadership. Remote and flexible.
Thanks for stepping up. We will be in touch within a few days.
