We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our website forms:

• Name, email address, and phone number (contact and sign-up forms)
• Prayer requests (submitted through our prayer form)
• Personal responses submitted through our "Get to Know You" intake form
• General messages sent through our contact form

How We Use Your Information

We use information you share only to:

• Respond to your messages and inquiries
• Send you updates about UGI events and programming (only if you sign up)
• Pray for you by name when you submit a prayer request
• Connect with teens and families before their first UGI gathering

We Will Never

• Use your information in a way that is inconsistent with our mission
• Share prayer requests or intake form responses publicly
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

Information About Minors

UGI serves teens ages 13–18. We take the privacy of minors seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. For teens 13–17, we encourage parental awareness of the information shared through our forms. If you are a parent with concerns about your child's information, contact us at hello@uncommongroundinitiative.org.

Photos and Videos

UGI may photograph or video record events. We only use images of participants for whom we have a signed Photo and Video Release Form on file. If you or your teen do not wish to be photographed, notify a UGI staff member at any event.

Data Storage and Security

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and stored securely. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us at hello@uncommongroundinitiative.org. We will honor all deletion requests promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as UGI grows. The most current version will always be accessible on our website.
